1. All renters must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance purposes and must hold a valid
   Driver’s Licence and hold a valid Boater’s Licence or Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card.
   2. All boat rentals are paid in full at time of booking plus security deposit on day of booking.
   3. Rental rates shown do not include GST, fuel or oil consumption.
   4. All boat rentals are subject to a $750.00 security deposit. No exceptions. Deposits returned after
   rental boat is inspected and free of damage. Any damage to the rental boat causes your security
   deposit to be withheld until an assessment of the damage cost is determined. You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental time.
   5. All rental boats will leave with a full tank of gas. All renters will pay for the gas that is used during
   their rental period upon return and refuel of the rental boat.
   6. Rental pickups are at 11:00am and returned by 9:00am the next morning. A Non-Compliance Fee of
   $150.00 will be charged and withdrawn from your security deposit for any late returns.
   7. Photo ID (from renter on contract) must be shown at the time of rental. No exception.
   8. All rentals leaving Port Carmen Marina by water by the renter are to remain on Lake Cecebe or
   Ahmic Lake.
   9. Delivery fees are extra. All rentals must be picked up and returned to Port Carmen Marina (PCM) by
   PCM staff.

Cancellations

1. No cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled prior to 28 days notice of cancellation.
2. A cancellation fee of 40% will be charged for 14-27 days notice of cancellation.
3. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for 7-13 days notice of cancellation.
4. A cancellation fee of 60% will be charged for 3-6 days notice of cancellation.
5. A cancellation fee of 70% will be charged for 1-2 days notice of cancellation.
6. A cancellation fee of 80% will be charged for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Operations

1. We do not offer a refund due to weather conditions, whether it is prior or during the duration of your rental period. We cannot control or be held responsible for the weather conditions.
2. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure there is sufficient dockage at their place of rental to ensure adequate parking of our watercrafts. This is not our responsibility.
3. Absolutely NO use of alcohol or drug use of any type while operating any vessel.
4. Trailering any of our watercrafts is strictly prohibited due to insurance purposes. Delivery may be available upon request.
5. All “Universal Adult Only” Lifejackets up to the “Maximum Allowed” on vessel will be provided. A child lifejacket must be brought with you.
6. A child is included in the maximum number allowed aboard the rental vessel.
7. All rentals will be subject to walk-arounds prior and post rental to ensure checklists are satisfactory to both.
8. Service calls related to customer damages are billed at $210.00 for the first hour and $165.00 for each additional hour that our technicians spend tending to the respective watercraft.
9. For insurance and safety purposes, we do not rent water toys and water sports equipment.
10. Follow all Ontario Boating Laws and Regulations.
11. Operate our rental watercrafts responsibly and safely and with the utmost care and respect as if it were your own.
